I publish across Ebury’s BBC Books list and beyond, with a focus on lifestyle and popular culture. I love hearing about up-and-coming food authors with growing platforms and an interesting concept – I recently commissioned an exciting new baking book, which is a brilliant blend of food and science. On the entertainment side, I’m on the lookout for TV/radio/podcast brands and personalities, who want to connect to their audience in a new way or have an inspiring story to tell. I also welcome proposals that offer a popular twist on history and science. Authors and brands I’ve worked with include Monty Don, Rick Stein, Mary Berry, Gyles Brandreth, Big Zuu, The Kitchen Cabinet, Desert Island Discs, Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock and David Attenborough.
