Pay Gap Reports
We publish our pay gaps for gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation and socio-economic background.
In 2017, the UK became one of the first countries in the world to introduce mandatory gender pay reporting for companies with more than 250 employees. While it is not mandatory to report on the pay gaps for other demographic groups, identifying the gaps and taking action to address them will help us to achieve representation in all teams at all levels and build a culture where everyone can belong.
