Dominique Woolf, winner of Jamie Oliver’s Channel 4 The Great Cookbook Challenge, 2022 and creator of the award winning and flavour-packed, The Woolf’s Kitchen chilli oils, sauces and pastes, has written her second book The Asian Pantry. The book is centred on using an affordable collection of supermarket pantry ingredients to create easy and delicious Asian meals at home.

Dominique trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine and is a food writer, entrepreneur and home cook to her family. She is inspired by her Thai roots and her love of big, bold flavours. Her first book, Dominique’s Kitchen topped the charts as a No. 1 Sunday Times Bestseller. And, The Asian Pantry is Dominique Woolf’s much anticipated second book.
