Dr Olivia Remes is a mental health researcher at the University of Cambridge, a life coach, and a public speaker. She has researched mental health issues such as anxiety, loneliness and coping. She is a regular speaker on BBC Cambridgeshire and has appeared on Late Night Woman's Hour and National Public Radio in the US. Her work has been featured in publications across the world. Her TedTalks about anxiety, coping and loneliness have garnered nearly 3 million views. This is her first book.
