Make allergen-free cupcakes and crispy bars this summer

Unicorn cupcakes

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes 

Ingredients:

1 x Creative Nature Chocolate Cake Mix
110ml vegetable oil
250ml plant milk
200g icing sugar
2 tbsp water
Sprinkles
Decorations of your choice

How to make:

Add the cake mix to your bowl with the oil and the plant milk, and mix together well.
Place nine cupcake cases on a baking tray and spoon the cake mixture into them equally.
Pop in a preheated oven to bake at 180 degrees and leave for 15 minutes.
Remove the cakes from the oven and cool on a cooling rack.
Once the cakes are fully cooled, mix the icing sugar and the water. 
Use a teaspoon to ice the cupcakes, then add sprinkles and decorations of your choice.

Magible cacao nib crispy bars

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes
Serves: 9 people

Ingredients:

2 x 30g bag of Magibles (we used m*lk choc and salted caramel)
100g Creative Nature Cacao Nibs
50g gluten free cornflakes
200g vegan milk chocolate
50ml dairy-free toffee syrup

How to make:

Break all the chocolate into a microwavable mixing bowl and put it in the microwave for 90 seconds, or until the chocolate is melted.
Get a wooden spoon or a rolling pin and bash the bags of Magibles to crush up the contents.
Pour the crushed-up Magibles, cacao nibs, and cornflakes into the melted chocolate and mix well.
Add the toffee syrup and mix. The syrup is to stop the bars from setting so hard. With syrup, you'll easily be able to cut them into servings. If you don’t add this, you will struggle to cut the bars once the mixture is set.
Pour the mixture into a ceramic or glass tray and put it in the fridge to set for around 30 minutes.
Remove from the fridge and cut into nine equal servings.
