Hi, everyone! I’m Jacqueline Wilson, the author of The Story of Tracy Beaker, Hetty Feather, and more than a hundred other books. Welcome to my new home!
I expect you already love reading. I wonder if you like writing too? I’ve wanted to be a writer since I was six years old. I managed to get my first short story published when I was 17 – and I’ve earned my living by writing ever since. You’ll find some of my writing tips here.
You’ll also find all sorts of information if you’re doing a special project on me, and lots about my books. If you have a favourite title, you might like to see if there’s another in the same category. There will also be photos of me (and my pets!)
